Nestled on the shores of the Knysna Lagoon and close to the looming Heads, the Knysna Golf Club’s 18-hole course meanders through tidal pools and between magnificent indigenous trees. An interesting parkland layout which has been enhanced over the past ten years, it has some of the best bent grass greens in the Southern Cape. Although flat and easy to walk, the course still provides players of all levels with a good challenge and is an affordable golfing experience not to be missed while touring the area.
The Clubhouse has a warm and inviting atmosphere and visitors are welcome to come and play a round of golf and enjoy the hospitality of our friendly staff and members.
George Golf Club
The George Golf course is a beautifully manicured, 72 par, 18 hole course, with bent greens, set in the heart of the Garden Route. The course rating for men is either 70 (club – 5862m) or 72 (championship – 6162m), while that for the ladies is 72 (5204m).
